We liked spending 2 nights here. The location was unbeatable - near the restaurant across the road and the Theth. It also was to the walking path Valbona pass. We stayed in standard twin room with equipment. The staff was helpful and affable and the owner too...

Had a GREAT stay during road trip through Albania, strongly recommend this place. Everything was perfect, including good staff and awesome location down the alley. The breakfast was nice with homemade food, I tried fantastic tea and bread. Location: the hotel was near to the walking path, a farm with a fantastic view and Valbone mountains.

The guesthouse is located in a beautiful spot by the river and at the beginning of the trail to Theth, surrounded by mountains. the hotel room we stayed in was fantastic, comfortable, and offered stunning mountain views. - the staff and owner were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

The rooms at Guesthouse Skender Selimaj were cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I loved the private bathroom with its refreshing shower and soft slippers. And let's not forget the breathtaking mountain view from my room - it was absolutely amazing! As a nature-loving guest, I couldn't have asked for more.

Personally, I found the towels provided in the room to be a bit thin. But hey, that's just my personal preference and others might not mind it at all!

We had a great night sleep before our hike to Theth. The room had a balcony with stunning mountain views. The family running the guesthouse was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They even gave us a ride to the start of the trail. The food served was delicious, with fresh ingredients from their own farm. The shower had plenty of hot water and the place was very comfortable overall. The location was central and convenient. The hosts made us feel at home and the atmosphere was warm and friendly.

Amazing hosts who made us feel welcome and gave insider advice on Albania. Fresh, local food. Air-conditioned room. Extra effort, like dropping us off for the hike. No complaints!

Stayed at a place where the walls were thinner than paper - great for eavesdropping! , enjoyed the scenic view of the cows and chickens roaming freely. Dinner was delicious, almost as good as the sour cream that changed my life.

Who needs WiFi anyways? I loved feeling disconnected from the world while sharing the bathroom floor puddle with every shower.
